Jingjing You, BMedSci (Honours), PhD (2012), Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Save Sight Institute, University of Sydney. PhD project was to find potential prostate cancer biomarkers using proteomic techniques and was supported by Australian Postgraduate Award Industry (APAI) PhD scholarship. Received Young Investigators Awards of 20th Asia Pacific Cancer Conference in 2012. Her current work involves using proteomics and next generation gene sequencing techniques to analyse the pathogenesis of keratoconus. She was also appointed as a visiting academic fellow for School of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of New South Wales, and the Chair of early career researcher committee at Save Sight Institute, University of Sydney. As a young investigator, she leads three projects at Save Sight Institute, has publications in peer-reviewed international journals, presented her work on various national and international conferences and attracted funding as a chief investigator from Ophthalmic Research Institute of Australia, Sydney Medical School, Lions NSW Eye Bank and Sydney Eye Hospital Foundation.
