Terms and Conditions

All registrations should be accompanied by an appropriate form of payment. All major credit card payments will be accepted excluding Diners. All figures quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you require a tax invoice prior to paying for the registration, please mark the appropriate box when registering online.

At the time of registration, a tax invoice will accompany the automated electronic confirmation letter issued to the delegate. Confirmation letters are instantly sent to the email address provided during the registration process.

Note: Full payment must be received by the Event Managers Sane Event Group, in order to be permitted access to the conference and exhibition.

Early Bird Registration

Early bird registrations close on Friday 30 June 2017.

To be entitled to the early bird rates, full payment must be received by COB Friday 4 August. If full payment has not been received by the event managers, Sane Event Group will charge the full registration fee for that delegate.

Accommodation

Delegates will be responsible for payment of their accommodation and all costs incurred during their stay upon check out at the hotel. Some hotels may charge a one nights deposit to your credit card prior to the event. This amount will be deducted from the credit card provided, directly by the hotel.

Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to review the accommodation provider, the facilities and the conditions in which the booking is offered. CCLSA does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that you might suffer due to unsatisfactory accommodation arrangements made by you. Please take care when assessing and booking accommodation arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge if the Event Managers, Sane Event Group are notified in writing by COB Friday 4 August 2017. Name changes after this date will be permitted at a cost of $55.00 per change.

Alternatively, a refund (less $100.00 to cover administration costs) will be made for cancellations received in writing up to COB Monday 7 August 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. In addition, full cancellations fees will apply for social functions cancelled after COB Friday 18 August 2017.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing (email to icclc@saneevent.com.au). No changes or cancellations will be accepted verbally or via fax.

Important notice: If a registration is submitted and is unpaid, no cancellation notice is received and the delegate does not attend the event, this will still be considered an active registration and payment will be requested in full by the event managers.

Once onsite, requests for replacement name badges (if one has already been issued) will incur a charge, payable onsite.

Accommodation cancellations and amendment

No cancellation fee will be charged if you advise of an amendment or cancellation in writing to the Event Managers, Sane Event Group (email to icclc@saneevent.com.au) before Friday 28 July 2017.

A cancellation fee of one nights' deposit will be charged for cancellations or reduced room nights after Friday 28 July 2017.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or reduced room nights after Monday 31 July 2017. The credit card provided at the time of booking will automatically be charged by Sane Event Group/nominated hotel, for any cancellation fees incurred.
